This hotel is rated 1 star …. sauna is indicated but you need pay extra 60Euro …, There was a jacuzzis, but it was locked + I had to pay 64 Euro for each person ( although the room is for 6 people) + for a child Total extra pay 360Euro !!!!!! ( we were there for 4 days ) The room was very dirty, the dishes weren’t washed and the sink didn’t drain

We all love Casa Otium, especially the view of Thunersee in the living room and balcony. We have wonderful time here. The kitchen is well, too. We cooked som spaghetti for dinner. It’s comfortable for families.

The staff and landlord were very friendly and open. They gave us many ideas regarding sightseeing and things to do in the area of Thunersee, and we could reach out to them at all times. Our apartment had the most spectacular view of the Thunersee, and the hottub also made the whole experience even more memorable. It felt more like visiting friends instead of renting a hotel room. Will definitely visit again! Many thanks!

Perfect stay for visiting anywhere around Thun, Interlaken, and the Jungfau.

Great location and amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Large central room for eating and watching television after a day of sightseeing. Coffee in the morning with the view is magnificent. I would almost rather not write a review because I'd prefer others didn't know about this place. But it was great. The host met us at the property and explained everything. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The high deposit was unexpected and seemed a bit excessive, but this is a very nice place and I can see wanting to protect it. If it was mentioned on the booking site, I missed it. If that is what deters partiers, then I'm okay with it.

Amazing apartment with super helpful owner

The view of the mountains and the lake is spectacular from the large glass windows of the apartment. Also, Markus (the apartment owner) was super helpful in welcoming us and providing us with recommendations about where to go and where to eat.

the apartment is very fantastic. Stunning Lake and Mountain view. the jacuzzi is really good in winter. very worth it. highly recommend. The owner is really nice and helpful. They know we have many luggages and travel by public transport so she kindly provide pick up services.

The view is amazing and the apartment cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was no noise, and barely any lights coming from the street into the bedroom.

The Wifi was cutting off every 30min/1h because the box was overheating.

house with a good location and an incredible view but in the reservation it says that the jacuzzi is private but that's not true you need to book and pay extra and the pool is shared. Much noise from upstairs neighbors

Outstanding View, and the host was very gentle & helpful, also replying quickly for any concern.

If possible make the check-in & out times more flexible without any charges to maximize the guest comfort. Also to reduce the daily cost rates as they're high. Also I recommend the owner to provide a ventilation system like fans to circulate the air inside the place to avoid keeping the windows open all the time. Otherwise the place was excellent.
