Very good and clean place
It had no lift facilities to carry luggage to 3rd floor

Big enough. Beautiful views. Close to train station and to explore Spiez area.
Has stairs only to the second floor. Small bathroom for 4 adults to share. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Only 1 fan for whole apartment.

Speiz is close to all there is to see in the Interlaken vally, grindelwald etc...
The appartment is close to the rails which is not that plesent. No supermarket or boulongerie close. Only one bathroom, which we knew in advance. The appartment in on the 3rd floor with no elevator! The washing machine electricity connection has to be taken from side to side through the bathroom which is very dangerous. It was very hot when we stayed there, only one fan was available and we couldn't open the windows because of mosquitoes. You can feel that this appartment is only business with no extra touch for detailes.
