L'emplacement et la tranquillité des lieux.

Clean, nicely furnished. Good location in a quiet building close to transport connections, shops, etc.
Very helpful owner, as we forgot some things in the apartment and the owner contacted us back and send them to us.

Locatie was perfecte uitvalsbasis voor mijn werkzaamheden. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep heel soepel.
Studio was nog vrij vies. Op eigen verzoek extra kunnen zuigen, maar op meer plekken was het dusdanig vuil dat die plekken niet regelmatig worden schoongemaakt. Dat viel tegen.
