About this house rental
This is a beautiful cottage for family summer moments with privacy in a very attractive landscape. When you open the large sliding door you are in front of the gardens of the house and the playground with swings, slide and other children's toys. The gardens are very nicely landscaped with paved areas, lawns and numerous flowers, which together with the existing olive trees create a beautiful environment.
On the left side of the house you will find a swimming pool where you can spend many wonderful hours outdoors and in the sun. The pool is perfectly furnished and fully equipped to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. At the back of the house there is a wonderful shaded pergola. Next to it there is an outdoor kitchen and barbecue where you can prepare dinner for your family.
The main entrance opens into a large living room with a magnificent view. For the children there is a small mezzanine with comfortable mattresses, accessible by a wooden staircase.
On the second floor balcony you can enjoy your breakfast with an unrestricted view of the sea and the mountains. The house is oriented so that you can enjoy the magnificent view from all rooms.
The beaches of Selianitika and Lampiri are very close to the house and by the sea you can find some restaurants where you can taste the Greek cuisine. The lively big city of Patra is only 30 km away and offers you many possibilities for eating, drinking / clubbing and a big shopping market.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end Septemb..
