The description for the bedrooms on booking.com says that there are double beds, even two double beds in one of the bedrooms. This is incorrect and we were a bit surprised as we had a couple with a child and there were only 2 single beds per bedroom.

Perfect view

Overall it was fine. We wanted to turn on the hot tub, but opening the lid was a bit difficult, and we couldn't turn it on. We were looking for the chlorine to add to the jacuzzi, there was no indication where it was and it took us a while to find it. The operation of the sauna is also not very clear. We tried to contact the owner but were not really successful. Beyond that, the apartment is very nice, in a perfect location with a great view. Equipped with everything you need for a long stay.

Great views and quiet area

The view and location near Vik, Haukland and Utakleiv Beaches is amazing. The walking oand hiking one can do there is wonderful. It's a very quiet area. The sunsets are beautiful. It is centrally located for visits all around the islands.

The house is a bit worn. Some things are broken already. The bathroom is not heated. There is no walkway up to the door, only loose rough gravel up an incline. We did let the owner know about some issues and she responded quickly with understanding. Hope she can get things fixed for future guests.

Perfect cosy place to stay in the Lofoten

A really nice place to stay in the Lofoten for at least several days! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Lofoten, 1 or 2h away from every place to visit. The wood-burner was lovely and wood was provided sufficently, the jacuzzi was always warm to our surprise so it was really convenient to just jump in every evening! The kitchen is fully equiped, beds were extremely comfortable, and sauna also wonderful and easy to use!

We were just disappointed to realise that a few other houses have been built around, hiding a bit the view and decreasing our feeling of being alone in the nowhere.

After a long and cold road trip I really wanted to get home and get cozy and warm in the Sauna and Jacuzzi. Unluckily both of them were cold and not ready to use. The house was also kind of cold when we arrived, so it would be great if they start warming it up before the arrival.. I would find useful to find a guideline or instructions on how to use them.

*Best spot for Northern Lights* We were in the accommodation for 10 days, we are more than satisfied and saw the northern lights from the terrace almost every evening. (see photos, just gorgeous!) some of the stuff took us a little while to figure out how to operate (hot tub chemicals, turning sauna on, stove, washing machine). a user manual of sorts may be helpful for those who only speak English. everything worked and functioned wonderfully, sometimes it just took us a little bit of time to figure it out!

Wohlfühlort

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Man hat uns sogar noch Brennholz für den Kamin vorbei gebracht. Das Haus hat viele Fenster zu allen Seiten und es ist einfach nur wunderbar, die Aussicht zu genießen - selbst bei schlechtem Wetter - da kann man sich gar nicht satt sehen! Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles ist da.

Der Weg zum Eingang ist etwas holprig und nicht ganz so offensichtlich.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur, in mächtiger und kraftvoller Natur!

Das Haus ist toll und hat eine fantastische Lage und die großen Fenster bieten eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ruhe im behaglichen Haus, eingebettet in dieser kraftvollen Natur ist einzigartig. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren ein Top obendrauf. Draußen im jacuzzi zu liegen und die Natur um sich zu spüren, war richtig cool. Unser besonders Highlight: Besuch einer Elch Familie direkt vor unseren Fenstern!!!

Wir haben zunächst den Schlüsselkasten nicht gefunden, da der Eingang hinten vom Haus ist, aber kein Weg erkennbar war. Es wäre hilfreich, diese Info zusammen mit dem Code zu übermitteln. Auch das Password für das freie WiFi mussten wir suchen. Hier wäre ebenfalls eine Info hilfreich, wo es zu finden ist. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Ich würde auf den Lofoten nicht wo anders wohnen wollen

Alles! Aber am Besten war der Ausblick. Morgens aufzuwachen und vom Bett aus auf das Meer und die Berge schauen, traumhaft! Es mangelte an nichts. Allerdings konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen, weil es uns zu stürmisch war. Die kleine Sauna haben wir nachdem das Anstellen etwas schwierig war 1mal benutzt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, fußläufig zu mehreren schönen Stränden. Die Lage ist auch perfekt um verschiedene Ausflüge zu machen. Wir haben hier super schöne 4 Tage verbracht.

Manzara harika ama jacuzzi ısınmıyor!

Evin manzarası ve dekorasyonu harikadır. Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttur. Temiz havlu, tuvalet kağıdı, şampuan vs bulunur. Evde ses bombası vardı, bunu düşünmeleri çok güzel, bu sayede güzel şarkılar dinleyebildik. Şömineyi yakmak çok kolaydı ve evi hemen sıcacık yapıyordu. Banyoda sauna olması harika ve çok güzel çalışıyor.

Bu evi tutuma amacımız jacuzzi idi. Çalıştırırken biraz zorlandık. Ev sahibi cevabıyla yardımcı oldu. Daha sonra çalıştırabildik, 2-3 saat bekledik fakat jacuzzi bir türlü istediğimiz ısıya gelemedi ve kullanamadık. Hava çok rüzgarlı ve yağmurluydu, belki bu yüzden ısınmamıştır. Ama sistem bunu öngörmeliydi. Bizim tatilimiz için hayal kırıklığı yarattı çünkü bu kadar parayı dışarıda jacuzzisi olduğu için ödedik. Niyahetinde jacuzzi olduğu için tercih ettik ama kullanamadık. Ayrıca evin etrafı çok özensiz duruyor. Resimlerden etrafında çok fazla ev yokmuş gibi görünüyor ama çok fazla ev var. Bizce resimleri güncellemeliler.
