About this house rental

This luxurious coastal Cowes accommodation with high end fittings and chic styling is adorned throughout with coastal tones and an abundance of light. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this holiday home exudes comfort and relaxation.

Just a short stroll to the beach or town centre where you can enjoy all Cowes bars, restaurants and dining experiences.

You are greeted with an attractive front garden and a newly built timber townhouse. A light-filled entrance hall flows into the stunning lounge and transitions into a spacious new crisp white kitchen with glass splash back. A fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances and filtered water tap integrates seamlessly with the nearby dining area and outdoor decking area, a perfect spot to entertain and relax after dark. This stunning property boasts a large, fully secure backyard for the children to play in while the adults are relaxing on the beautifully appointed deck.

The property is pet friendly - outside Only (by request & conditions apply!)

The bedroom configurations allow for 2 families to holiday in pleasure. There are 3 Queen sized bedrooms and a fourth bedroom perfect for the children with two sets of timber bunks. One Queen bedroom and the Master bedroom with ensuite are downstairs with the other 2 bedrooms being upstairs sharing a more than adequate main bathroom with luxurious glass splashbacks and large bath to relax in for those balmy Summer Nights.

The garage is available for guest use.

The amenities were generally in good condition although there were two very loose toilet seats and a hole in the upstairs toilet wall which were reported to the agent on the day we arrived. The towel rail in the upstairs bathroom was also pulled out from the wall.

We couldn’t locate the accommodation Called O Brian real estate they said they did not know were it was saying they managed over 450 properties then hung up on us very dissatisfied. We ended up located the accommodation. Will not be staying here again when in Phillip island.
