Bask in the sun on the balcony, relax and enjoy all this brand new double storey town house provides.

Beautifully decorated throughout and boasting neutral classic furniture, along with split system heating and cooler makes for a very comfortable stay in this bright and spacious property.

Upstairs is the open plan, lounge, well appointed kitchen and dining area opening up onto the balcony with outdoor seating and bbq.

There are 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.

The property is close to the Cowes boat ramp and just 20 minutes walk to Cowes shops and cafe and even better - just a hop skip and a jump to the beach.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
