About this house rental
This superb home is architect designed and constructed for both function and comfort. It satisfies 6-Star Energy Rating with Roof and Wall insulation, double glazed windows, ceiling fans to bedrooms and living areas, and Solar (PV) electricity panels.
It is situated in the Seagrove Estate and is within a short stroll (approx 600m) to the beach and a three minute drive to Cowes centre and the Esplanade.
There are four bedrooms, three with Queen beds and the fourth with 2 single beds, easily and comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. The house is serviced with three separate bathrooms including en-suite to the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has separate access to the balcony where you can relax with a glass of wine while enjoying views toward the northern beach.
There are two separate living areas each equipped with flat screen TV and reverse cycle air conditioners for both cooling and heating. Both living areas have large sliding doors providing for easy integration with the large balcony (upstairs) and al fresco entertainment equipped with BBQ and outdoor setting.
The main kitchen, located downstairs is fully equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A smaller kitchenette is located upstairs also fully equipped with cooking and tea/coffee making facilities.
An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available to wash off the sand when you return from a day at the beach.
Phillip Island is an exceptional destination for you to enjoy a diversity of activities. These may include native wildlife and nature parks, swimming and surfing, boating and fishing, Moto GP and Super Bikes, V8 Supercars, golf, and many more attractions to suit your interest.

The house was even nicer than the pictures and listings. The owners easy to work with, and they even left off a bottle of wine and cheese for the first night. Just keep in mind it’s about a 20 minute walk to town. Highly recommended!
