Welcome to our modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home in Cowes, Phillip Island! Our home is perfect for families and offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our spacious home features 4 cosy bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens and Bath towels. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other 3 bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom. Large garage accessible for parking two cars.
The Space:
The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, which features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, so you can prepare meals and snacks with ease.
Step outside to the fully fenced outdoor area, where you can enjoy a meal or drinks on the patio, play games with your family, or simply relax in the sun. The outdoor area is perfect for kids to play and for parents to keep an eye on them.
Our home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected with loved ones or get some work done. With ample space for everyone, our home is the perfect choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore all that Phillip Island has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
1.3km (17min walk/3min drive) town
1km (15min walk) to beach
350m (5min walk) to Seagrove Park & Playground (family picnic area)
Other Things to Note:
Please note that Phillip Island is a nature Reserve and has a lot of wildlife. We ask you to drive safely on our roads.
- Other great things to see is the Phillip Island Penguins or Churchill Island in the morning/afternoon.
All Linen and bath towels are provided for including consumables and bathroom supplies.
The TV does not have Free to Air TV channels only Streaming services.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Property was beautifully clean and everything we needed was supplied. Location is excellent. Couldn’t fault a thing.

The house was in good condition. We arrived and had the smoke alarm battery beeping. The property manager came to replace the battery within 30 min of our arrival (this was very appreciated). Communication with the property manager was excellent. Overall, the house was clean and presented well. Would definitely recommend this house.

I've been renting properties on the island for over 10 years and by far this house was the newest and cleanest house. The check in process with the owner was very easy and efficient. Neighbourhood was great and quiet.
My only issue is that everything in the house was catered for a rental. The bed mattresses was cheap and poor quality, the refrigerator did not work well and the pots, pans, plates etc all of kmart quality. But as I said the house was new and extremely clean.
