Sea Wave has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably.
Very well located with a 5 minute drive to the beach and to the main strip of shops and cafes in Cowes. This home is ideal for your next Phillip Island beach getaway.
THE SPACE
If you are looking for a relaxing family getaway - look no further! Offering a spacious home that sleeps 10 guests, this wonderful abode has heating/cooling, WIFI, Smart TVs, ample space to stretch out, 2 living areas, dining seating for 8 guests, a dishwasher and a great entertaining area with a fire pit (BYO firewood).
A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything!
All you need for a relaxed holiday and set on a large block, Sea Wave ticks all the boxes. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Sea Wave is all based on one level and offers multiple living areas with a fully equipped kitchen area and laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax with two living areas. One living area flows out to the rear entertaining area that overlooks the backyard. There is plenty of space for all both inside and out
Sea Wave is in a great location just moments from the beach and shops in Cowes.
A residence where you can enjoy your time away and just unwind.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Had an enjoyable stay with family and friends over the new years break. The house is modern and well appointed, located in a quiet residential area. A long walk to the beach or town centre but easy enough to drive. Could do with a better BBQ as the tiny electric one really isn’t sufficient, not that we could get it to work anyway. Overall a nice place for a Phillip Island getaway.

This was a beautiful, clean and spacious home. The mattress in the master bedroom with the ensuite was very comfortable.
The only drawbacks that would have made the overall experience more enjoyable were:
- a bigger / better bbq
- tea towels or paper towels - or at least communicate to guests to BYO
- sharp knives. We struggled to cut fruit with the knives provided
- the lack of tea tor towels-provided
