Omg, I can't put it into words how lovely this place is. I will be coming again for sure with my family. I bought everything with me and didn't need one thing as they have everything you need . I'm speechless about how clean this place is. The bed is so comfy , and the view is lovely. We just sat outside using the barbecue. To those who own this property, it's beautiful and me and my bf had the most relaxing time and thank you.

Peaceful location, huts well equipped, comfortable bed.

A little note about the bathroom the water from the shower floods the bathroom a little. Didn’t bother us.

Amazing retreat featuring bbq, fire pit and hot tub! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous set-up, each hut had a private fire pit and bbq. The little touches inside the hut like the signs and decor and wall hangings were so beautiful. The range of flowers and greenery outside. The hot tub and sauna were very clean. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful stay overall.

Wonderful accommodation in a perfect setting

Beds of Silk is great. The setting is perfect and there are various options available to you, with the logs and hot tub. The accommodation is very well thought out and very well equipped and incredibly clean. It has everything you need.

Not a great experience for the price we’ve paid

Very nice place

A truck was working all day long in front of the hut, could not enjoy nature. Door lock was broke and we got stuck inside and then had to sleep with the door open (other guest tried to open the door in the middle of the night bc he thought it was his hut). Could not shower properly as it was flooding everywhere

Lovely to relax and unwind, but is in need of TLC

It was my third time coming back here, such a nice place to stay and relax.

I was abit disappointed with the cleanliness of the pod. The foldable table had not been cleaned down at all. Small touches we had in previous visits such as fresh brownies, Crossaints and orange juice was noticeably missing, which was disappointing. The door to our pod (Mulberry) was tough to unlock from the inside. And the top board getting into the pod is in desperate need of repair as it’s quite dangerous. Overall the weeds outside could be picked to give the grounds a fresher look.

In general we had a good time with beds of silk and we would return

The place was moderately clean however under the bed was disgustingly dirty, clearly not cleaned regularly if at all. Only reason this was seen was due to a large spider crawling out from underneath it and with my fear of them my boyfriend wanted to ensure there was no others

Bathroom was a bit hard to maneuver. Hot tub was quit expensive to use and weird that u only get an hour. Think they should increase the price a bit and include the tub.

Comfy little short stay!

We only stayed one night but had everything we needed for a quick stop over. Big comfy bed, kitchenette with coffee machine and a stove top, a BBQ and outdoor seating, and a really nicely done little shower/toilet room.

It was beautiful!

For some reason for our visit the hot water was on a timer and the time was incorrect. Consequently we had cold showers before my email was replied to by the agent. It was not good enough for the money I paid!

The most perfect couples break 💕

Everything is just perfect, the owner thought of everything when designing the hut and furnishings and also the essentials (teabags, coffee & milk ❤️). We had a romantic barbecue and our own little fire on the evening of our stay, we really wished we had come for more than one night. The views are just stunning the locals are so welcoming and friendly (looking forward to seeing Charlie on our next visit) and tough the village is quiet the locals really love this beautiful spot and maintain it so well, the flowers are so beautiful, the quay is stunning and the amenities are so thoughtful with visitors in mind.

There is nothing anyone could dislike about Silk Beds.

The serenity of the location. The coziness and high standard the accommodation. It was just something different and extremely enjoyable. Manus our host was more than happy to answer all of our queries. We will definitely be back. Also the resident cat was a bonus !!

Surprisingly comfortable - more memorable than a generic hotel room!

Comfy bed, equipped with everything you'd need for a weekend away. Lovely to have a hot shower, fire pit and bbq. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Woke up to birdsong each morn. On the outskirts of the village. Highly recommend. More comfortable than camping.

Communication not great. Hut was changed at last minute, so we intruded on another couple. The newly assigned hut wasn't clean but we just went to the next hut along. More milk would have been nice.

Nothing every thing was great But to improve on what is already a great place may I suggest a bread knife and a pair of scissors would be useful, also there was copious amounts of shampoo & conditioner but no shower gel

Had a lovely experience, I did use the sauna and hot tub which made it extra nice.

As a solo traveller the sauna was a little expensive at €50 for the hour but I did love it. Not a complaint because it was amazing and a lovely sauna. Just make sure to go up early to turn it on as it takes a good 30 mins to get hot if you like your sauna hot. It wasn’t on both occasions I used it but hopped into the hot tub while it heated up.
