Ambiente famigliare colazione ottima pulizia camera perfetta

Nulla tutto bene

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Cuarto de baño grande. Muy buena ubicación, enfrente de la estación y a 10 min andando del puerto. Los dueños muy atentos.

Un poco de ruido, pero es que hay mucho ruido a todos lados a donde se vaya.

The location and breakfast was good. The staff initially was helpful until the last day.

The beds were hard and the showers were not hot. They shut the AC off when they cleaned such that when we got back from a long hot day, the room was not refreshing. The worst issue was that we were told at check in that we could check out at noon and keep our bags in the room as we had a late flight. My wife and I left to see where the airport shuttle picked up, our kids stayed behind in their room, and we told the owner we were going to find the shuttle. At. 11 am our son texted us that they were kicking them out of the hotel and that check out was 10:30. He explained what the owner said at check in but they forced them to pack everything up and leave the room. The owner came up and told them it was his mistake but still kicked them out. We hustled back to the hotel only to be rushed out also and just told it was his mistake and it was an important weekend for them. I guess we were not important. Complete lack of customer service.
