La Fenice

The best thing about the property was the proprietor. She was so good to us! Met us a couple of blocks away because she was concerned about us. I am traveling with a disabled person who has multiple issues and what should have been 4 minute walk to the facility, took over 20 minutes because the bags she was strolling with kept twisting in her hand because she would walk to close to the building and they would hit the building and twist around( the sidewalks are narrow and cobblestone). She helped us with our bags ( we were worn out!) and up one flight of stairs, and settled us in. There was some confusion about beds . I had booked the room because my companion has to have her own bed. There was an ottoman that we were quickly able to convert into a twin bed with a twinsize memory foam ( very comfortable) mattress that was stored in cabinet under the kingsize bed. Then she helped us secure a taxi to the port for a very readonable price with her taxi driver friend, for early in the morning( 6:40) to go to the Port of Capri. We were going to Capri early in the morning on a ferry. Then she came in the morning to help us into the taxi. I had already gotten all our luggage down the stairs but she ran back into the apartment and retrieved a bag( with my companion's mskeup bag, hairbrush etc), a hat and a stuffed animal that my disabled companion can't live wthout and I wasn't aware that she had left inside! This lady truly went above and beyond! God bless her!

L'emplacement est tout à fait génial pour visiter le bord de mer ou le centre historique. Une fruiterie voisine de l'appartement rend le séjour encore plus inclusif. La qualité de l'appartement est excellente, la cuisine rénové est aménagé de façon intelligente. Une corde à linge à l'Italienne est disponible par la fenêtre, c'est très apprécié et commode. Tout les produits nettoyant pour le corps sont présent. Une mention spéciale pour notre hôte, Paola, pour son accueil et support irréprochable malgré la perte de nos clés et tout les petits à côté ;).

Tout est mis au service de notre bien être et confort.

Paola was extremely kind and helpful, the apartment was spotless, and everything we needed was available (supermarket was also super close! You’re right in the center of the city). We really appreciated the private parking – at first we weren’t sure, but in the end it was perfect, especially since the Napoli region is known for it’s chaotic driving (lots of cars with dents and scratches).

We didn’t realize before booking that the parking comes with an extra fee. The bed was comfortable at first, but after a few nights it started to feel a bit less supportive. The location is very busy, but that’s also part of the city’s charm.
