A magical place

It's a magical place where you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation. It would be a shame to spend only one night here! (we stayed for 3 nights and were very sorry to leave) The hotel is nestled along a tree-shaded small road, right across from the stunning lake. The surroundings are beautifully maintained, with a plethora of vibrant flowers adding to the charm. You can reach the beach in just two minutes, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel's pool – is the best we've seen! Impeccably clean and spacious, it's surrounded by a well-maintained garden that adds to the serene atmosphere. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and if you have a sweet tooth like me, you'll love the excellent ice-cream options available, including one right at the hotel. The old city is within an easy walking distance, and we were fortunate enough to be there during a festive weekend. It felt like the entire community gathered to create beautiful street artwork using flowers, wood chips, and grains to honor a religious parade. (some photos attached) The owner of the hotel is amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, always with a warm smile. The staff was attentive and polite, and our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel. The garden is also impeccably maintained, adding to the overall charm of the place. In short, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Nothing! Just be aware that A/C starts at 2pm (at least at check-in day) and in some of the rooms you might need to take a shorter shower as hot water could run down. It didn't spoil our stay. Not for the least!

Cozy hotel by the lake, close to center

Very clean and comfortable hotel right next to the lake, very friendly staff. You find everything needed for breakfast. Highly recommend it for a relaxed stay

The bathroom shower was good and bed confortable. Pool was ok

The room too small and the air conditioning is controlled by them so basically it’s turned off at 6am every morning until 2pm. The room was like an oven at 6am and we couldn’t sleep. Wecouldn’t open the window because we were eaten alive by bugs. Breakfast was terrible. Bread was stale and it’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where there was no eggs or any hot food available.

The location. The staff. That it has a parking included to the room price.

The breakfast is very Italian. Some cornetos, jogurt and cheese/ham plates. The AC only avail from 2pm. However, we had an East facing room. Which was really hot. The water fountain outside was on during all night. Which makes the noise and you can not open the window to get the fresh air in. If you have a long hair, bring your own hair dryer, as it takes ages to use the one in the room.

Beautiful resort just across from Lake Bolsena.

Beautiful location right across the street from the lake. Private Parking was optimal and secure. Restaurant was very convenient and good quality. Room was furnished nicely.

AC didn’t work and we needed staff to fix the thermostat. Despite that, it didn’t remain as cool as we would’ve liked.

The breakfast was ok but not great. The best part is the location. Quiet and near the lake. We were only there for two nights but I would go there again and recommend the place for the location. The lake is beautiful and clean and the surroundings ideal for a relaxing vacation.

The staff seemed annoyed and not very accommodating. I had the feeling that the staff was under pressure or that there was a negative working atmosphere there. Cannot explain why, but they did not seem happy.

Good hotel on the edge of the lake.

We had a room with a big terrace with a nice view over the lake. The room was a bit small but ok. The swimming was very good, big size and surrounded by a small garden. The lounge was nicely redecorated with a modern design and the restaurant has a good atmosphere.

Actually it was all ok, nothing to complain.

Comfortable and convenient hotel by the lake

The location is great, this property is by the lake and only a short stroll from the town centre. The restaurant (where breakfast is served) overlooks the lake, which is very nice. Our room also had a lake view. There’s also private parking at the property. The staff was also nice.

Etwas enttäuschend

Der Pool und der Garten sind wirklich schön und werden gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist idyllisch direkt am See und eher ruhig. Das Frühstück war relativ gut, wenn auch sehr süß.

Das Zimmer ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Bad ist furchtbar altmodisch, zumindest die dreckige Duschbrause samt kaputter Halterung und der extrem schwache Fön gehören dringend ersetzt. Die Möbel haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Das Personal wirkte eher genervt und unmotiviert, sodass wir uns nicht richtig willkommen gefühlt haben. Als würden sie alle nur noch auf das Saisonende warten. Entsprechend fanden wir auch den Preis zu hoch.
