The location was perfect for exploring southern Cornwall, most places were accessible in under an hours drive. We also visited St Ives on the north coast which was very easy using the train from St Erth. The house was very homely and Lisa’s helpful info was much appreciated.
No complaints, all parts of the house were decorated & fitted out perfectly.

Fantastic accommodation, equipped with everything you could possibly need . Good location for exploring all areas of Cornwall . Quiet area just 10 minutes away from Truro. High standard of fixtures and fitting ,immaculately clean , with plenty of home comforts and hot water .
Could do with some drawer space in the bedrooms for clothes
