There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It looked a little tired in parts like needing paint touch ups and things like that but very minor and did not bother us at all. Overall it was lovely.

A little gem of a cocoon to come back to after day trips exploring West Cornwall.

Everything was perfect. Rosie has thought of everything to make the cottage comfortable and practical. In the lounge, the wood burning stove makes the cottage very cozy in the evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The beds and pillows make for a great night sleep. During sunrise and sunset, the views from the cottage are idyllic. Rosie recommended two local pubs in her welcome pack, both offered great food and did not disappoint. We could not have asked for more. It was a fantastic stay.

Lovely remote get-away that was perfect for our three-generation family weekend away.

The cottage was lovely - very clean and well set up. We appreciated sampling the goodies in the goody basket during our stay - my husband was particularly impressed with the Cornish tea! It was great to be able to charge our car overnight while we were there.

Can't think of anything. We didn't quite get to grips with the Nespresso machine, but enjoyed the resultant coffees nonetheless!

Great accommodation with friendly hosts. Everything you need was there. Lovely quiet location but within easy reach of Falmouth, pubs and a local shop for supplies. Definitely recommend!

Overall we had a great stay and it was a perfect location to attend our son's wedding.

We loved the peace and quiet of the setting and how spotlessly clean the property was and that the beds and sofas were very comfy. Rosie, our host, was quite fantastic as well and helped us out on a couple of occasions.

These are not criticisms at all but just suggestions - I think a large, swing-top bin in the kitchen would be far more practical - especially as the cottage can sleep 6. It could easily go under the window where the recycling bin was. And we didn't really know what that was for as used all the bags etc outside. Also - a dressing table type table would have been really useful in the main bedroom instead of the armchair. We actually moved a small round table from the lounge into the bedroom & put the armchair in the lounge. I think another bedroom had an armchair too, so the same could be done in there. I had nowhere to put any toiletries etc

It was a joy from start to finish. Rosie was fantastic about emails I wrote.

Gorgeous cottage spotlessly clean very much to my taste. Had great beds and on suite was great. Super kitchen to cook in and lots of essentials. Dishwasher a bonus and washing machine. We were out a lot of the time. Visiting family. Easy acess to spermarket in Penryn. Would recommend for couple or family.

Picture Perfect

Location was picture perfect with an abundance of charm sprinkled in for good measure. Would highly recommend this gem in beautiful Cornwall. The hostess Rosie was very pleasant and always waved with a smile. If heaven was a place on Earth this indeed might be worthy of it. Would love to revisit soon.

Cosy and clean cottage with wonderful views and fantastic hosts.

The cottage was clean and cosy with wonderful views. The log burner was easy to use and the supplied wood was enough to see us through our 4 night stay (although additional baskets can be purchased). The property is private but the owner was easy to contact if needed and very accommodating. Complimentary items upon arrival were a nice touch and well received after a long journey. We would most definitely stay here again.

The location in the countryside, a peaceful retreat yet within walking distance of Perranwell Station. The cottage was warm and welcoming for us when we arrived. Grandmother, daughter and adult granddaughter, we loved staying at Cart Shed Cottage and appreciated the care and attention to detail that went into making our stay happy. Thank you Rosie.

dog friendly, clean, stylish and feel love all over the cottage . The weather was bad over the Holiday period. Staying in this cottage allowed us to enjoy the bad weather. I really thought a good place to stay was essential as the weather is often bad in the UK. You can enjoy it as if it were your home away from home. We would love to be visit again.

Exceptional property.

Fantastic property tastefully and, comfortably furnished and decorated. Situated in the countryside in a very quiet location. The cottage is walking distance from the railway station, village shop and pub which served lovely food. It has a lovely enclosed garden. We couldn't fault anything about this cottage and thank the lovely owners for their speedy communication and help.

Literally the perfect stay!!!

Everything!! The cottage is absolutely lovely, really spacious and in the most beautiful, quiet location. We will certainly be returning at some point. The perfect place to completely switch off.

Amazing family holiday ❤

Ideal location, ideal for families with dogs, very spacious, well equipped for families and dog owners. Great location for most places. Local pub within walk distance. Train & bus stops close by for a change of transport. Owners very friendly and helpful from booking to information within the house. Great enclosed outside space for the kids to play and dogs to rome with out worring about cars or running off.

There was nothing that we disliked but there could be a few more draws for putting clothes away and direction on how to use the heating and more ways to dry clothes.

Superb stay

Beautiful renovation... such a stunning house in a fabulous location. Tranquil garden allowing for some much needed relaxation. Friendly hosts and all the facilities you need for a home from home stay. Would highly recommend. Also great for the less able traveller due to one level accommodation, wide doors and low level shower. (we had a wheelchair / frame user)

Lovely stay

The property is beautiful, in a great location and was perfect with our dog. The garden is secure and a great size. Very clean and had everything we could need while we stayed. Thank you again can’t wait to return!
