On road parking; additional parking on public car park. No smoking. Please note: No children under 5 years old except babes in arms. The garden is steep.. For those of you who wish to explore more of this popular area, you can leave the car at home and walk from the apartment to the ferry boats in the marina which offer day trips to Dartmouth and Brixham.
