This mews cottage can be found in Torquay, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Please note: during July and August only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Saturday. Cottage 1 Newcourt is a mews cottage that can be found in Torquay, Devon. Inside, there are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is a shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard area with furniture provided. Note: Children below the age of 4 cannot be accommodated, sorry. Off-road parking is available. Cottage 1 Newcourt is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Devon’s finest sights.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine. TV with freesat, DVD/Blu ray player, a selection of books and games, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk and pub 10 mins walk.
