The house is situated in a quiet location between Laax village and the idyllic village of Falera (dead end, no road traffic). 2 car parks directly in front of the house.
A post bus stop (with a short direct journey to the ski area) is only a 5-minute walk from the house.
The house has 5 bedrooms (4 doubles and 1 single bedroom).
On the ground floor: large living room, large, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 200x90, 1 room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 1 bathroom/shower, 1 separate WC.
A large sun terrace (15 m2) with a direct view of the village of Laax and the Signina mountain range. A garden seating area (20 m2) with outdoor fireplace (south-west side) with a direct view of the Signina mountain range.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 200x90, 1 bed 160x200 and 1 single room with bed 190x90, separate WC and shower.
The stairs to the 1st floor are not suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties.
Cot and high chair are available free of charge.
All rooms are well heated with electric heating.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, extractor fan, oven and dishwasher, and there are also two fridges.
In the living room there is a small LCD TV with cable connection. Telephone and Internet access via WLAN are also available.

Other sports and leisure facilities: 2 very nice children's playgrounds by the lake.
