La casa ha una vista bellissima. Le stanze erano come da foto . Ci sono altri appartamenti vicino e sotto. E ubicata in una stradina, bisogna avere l’auto . A piedi e fattibile solo se non si hanno problemi a percorrere salite e discese. Ci sono ristoranti e bar supermercati nelle vicinanze. E una spiaggia raggiungibile anche a piedi 15 minuti.
Unica nota negativa la casa ha bisogno di un restyle in cucina e di utensili un po meno usurati . Anche i materassi della cameretta si sentivano le molle .

La posizione per visitare le spiagge tra San Teodoro e Budoni in auto è perfetta. Meravigliosa la terrazza (la vista è nelle foto allegate) e la possibilità di parcheggiare proprio sotto l’appartamento. C’è una pace e una tranquillità impagabili. In cucina tutto quello che serve. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.
Il materasso un po’ duro ma ci si abitua.
