About this apartment rental
Come and discover Nerja from our bright, modern and cozy apartment, with spectacular views of the sea. Ideal for couples, just 10 minutes walk from Burriana beach and a 15 minute walk from downtown. Strategic place, from which you can move to different places of interest.
Apartment, located on a seventh floor with elevator. It has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a great balcony with stunning sea views.
There is air conditioning, wifi, TV with Spanish and French channels.
We would like to inform you that our community pool will be open for you from June 1st to September 30th. Additionally, we have some great news: starting in October 2025, we will begin renovation works on the pool, which will allow us to offer you a completely renovated pool for the 2026 season. It will be the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay!
We would also like to inform you that, due to these renovations, there may be some noise in the areas around the pool during the process. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with an even better experience.

The accomodation was clean , modern and as explained on internet . The apartment was literally 15 minutes walk to centre . One problem was the pool closed 1st October and there was no notice but everything else was excellent.

A very pleasant stay in a well situated apartment. We were on the top floor (7th) which gave good views, a lift was available.
Modern feeling to the apartment which was well equipped. A little welcome pack was left.
However, the bedding was poor with the flimsiest mattress cover I have ever seen and with no protector underneath. Bring a tea towel if you plan to wash up and dishwasher tablets if not.
