Marbella House Penthouse

We stayed in large, spacious apartments on the first beachfront line — it was absolutely wonderful! The windows offer a breathtaking view of the green city and the sea, and the beach is literally just a few steps away. The apartments are very clean, bright, and well-equipped — there is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the gym and sauna — a big plus, as you can combine relaxation with taking care of your health and unwinding after a busy day. The area is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and cozy, creating a true feeling of отдых. We were extremely satisfied and would gladly return again. We highly recommend these apartments for a comfortable seaside vacation! 🌊

Good parking and lift system, great location.

Arranged to meet host who sent a maintenance man who spoke very little English and turned up to meet us over an hour after the arranged meet time (Very stressful). Bath tap didn’t work, only shower. Pool was murky but was cleaned day after we arrived. Kettle was missing and one was delivered 3 days after arrival. Plates chipped. Curtains falling off rails, generally the apartment needs a lot of attention, but main issue was communication time with host was poor especially when you’re stood in a street with no way of contacting them urgently

Could of done with a smart TV & kettle & extra sun lounger on roof top as was only 1 there

Good location. The general facilities and pool are good.

The apartment is extremely noisy. The air conditioning is poor on the ground floor while too strong in main bedroom. The second bedroom is very small.
