El trato de Borja, que nos resolvió con rapidez el problema de la climatización y su disponibilidad.
La orientación que es al norte, y en las fechas que fuimos se notaba más frío.

De locatie was goed met een aantal restaurants in de omgeving. Strand en boulevard waren makkelijk en snel te bereiken.
Door de tijd van het jaar was het appartement vanaf de namiddag koud daar het niet is voorzien van verwarming en de airco alleen koude produceert. Mede doordat het appartement niet aan de zonkant ligt.
