This elegant duplex offers a spacious and bright living space in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella, within a residential complex close to the sea. Its magnificent terrace, featuring a small private pool and views of the sea, the fountains, and the communal pool, makes every stay a unique experience.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall with a guest toilet leads to a separate, modern, and very bright kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances. A large window connects to the living room, arranged into a sitting and dining area, flooded with natural light through seven floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the private terrace.

The upper floor houses three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a 150x200 cm bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms have two 90x200 cm beds joined together and share a bathroom with a shower.

The duplex includes a Smart TV, fiber internet, air conditioning, and centralized heating, as well as a crib and high chair available upon request. The building has an elevator with step-free access and 24-hour security with video surveillance.

Located in the heart of Marbella and just a few minutes from the seafront promenade, this exclusive duplex allows you to enjoy the beach, the old town, Avenida del Mar, and the marina on foot, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and all amenities.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
