Location - near the freeway, Starbucks, gas station, stores and restaurants
Backyard is big - nice for summer stay with kids
Need improvement - BATHROOM: need better shower head / shower door is missing the guide tracks (this is dangerous) BED: one of the bed, my friend said is making a squeaky noise (must have been a loose joint, metal coil rubbing or slats shifting- also a concern) DINING: 1 chair is broken, even the table is somewhat broken too - also very dangerous. JUST minimal damage repair is needed

Plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces for 10 people, clean, multiple living spaces so kids could hang out in a separate area from the adults. Loved being close to practical needs, yet super easy to get to Garden of the Gods. LOVED the view of Pikes Peak. Was also nice to have access to Netflix for kids.
Couldn’t find bedding for the futon, but only needed that for one night so it wasn’t too big of a problem.
