На первом этаже есть кухня, можно попить чай в любое время. Персонал всегда поможет, если их нет в отеле, они всегда на связи. Телевизор работает в номере.
Персонал курит на первом этаже в комнате возле ресепшена. Из-за этого воняет сигаретами даже в номере в ванной на 2 этаже. Невыносимо дышать прокуренным воздухом ((( В отеле, да и в самом номере в январе было очень холодно, несмотря на включенную батарею. Первую ночь очень холодно, спали в одежде. За ту стоимость, что мы заплатили в праздники, этого не стоит.

Osoblje definitivno izvlači prosjek, stvarno ljubazni i susretljivi ljudi.
Preko dana je bilo poprilično hladno u objektu, a i bilo bi korisno da pored kreveta postoji komoda.
