About this cottage rental
Newly renovated beach cottage located in the desirable Easton's Point section of Middletown and only steps away from putting your toes in the sand. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance!
The back cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and newly renovated throughout! All new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new tiled floors, redone wood floors, all new bathroom, freshly painted throughout, and new furniture. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Easton's beach from this units screened in porch.

Each bedroom in the cottage is equipped with AC units.
Cottage has WIFI service along with basic cable TV and a DVD palyer.
Cottage has its own stone patio with gas grill and patio furniture for dining outside along with 4 adirondack chairs.
Cottage comes with beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler for refreshments, a couple of boogie boards and some sand toys for the little ones.
Checkin and Checkout day is Saturday's for weekly rentals during July and August.

This cozy, clean cottage was even nicer than pictured! Our host, Jim, was very accommodating and pleasant. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Fantastic location that was close to Newport and the beaches in Middletown. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place. Had all the amenities you need. Furniture and bed were comfy too. Its a ahoet drive to the popular sights and Newport. Parking was a bit awkward and tight to get luggage out of the car. Host was easy to communicate with and was helpful.

This is a renovated and beautifully kept up cottage! We were a family of 4 (two couples) and we stayed for 2 nights inn September. It was very comfortable for us. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants and were a quick drive to the Cliff Walk and Newport. The host was very attentive and a very good communicator. We highly recommend this home and will stay there again if we are in the area.
