Welcome to beautiful Middletown, Rhode Island!
Our cottage is a 2 bedroom, 3/4 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood near St. George's School. The house is in a fantastic location: choose from three nearby beaches, all within 1 to 2 miles; the Cliff Walk is 1.5 miles away, and downtown Newport is 2 miles away. Flo's Clam Shack, Atlantic Grille and Tickets Bar and Grille are all within walking distance.
The house is fully furnished and has a comfortable open layout. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware and appliances, including a dishwasher and disposal. Also in unit is a washer and dryer. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. There is off street parking and a large backyard with a gas grill. Outdoor shower and patio with picnic table. The house has central air conditioning.

The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The owner, Jackie, is very easy to work with and the day after we checked in, she followed up to make sure all was well. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The drive to Newport was close and easy. We had a delightful week and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jackie!

The property was lovely, amenities were good and the proximity to beaches and other activities/sights things to do on the island was fabulous. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very nice. House was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lovely decorating and plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. Hope to stay again!We did arrive after dark and we had a little trouble determining exactly which house it was on the street - due to no exterior lighting we couldn’t see the house number. Other than that it was great! Loved the outside shower!
