The Space:

A stay in Newport should feel easy from the moment you arrive, and this second-floor duplex does exactly that. Lower Broadway is right nearby for dinner, drinks, and nights out, while downtown is close enough for guests who want to spend time along the harbor, browse the shops, or head out for the day without having to think too much about the logistics.



Inside, the space is bright and welcoming, with three bedrooms and one full bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed, which makes the layout especially appealing for friends traveling together, couples, or families who want everyone to have their own room. The kitchen has been updated, the living area has been refreshed, and the newly refurbished expansive deck gives guests another place to enjoy the property once they are back from town.



This is also a smart fit for guests coming to Newport for more than a weekend away. Newport Hospital is just 0.3 miles from the property, and Newport Naval Station is 1.5 miles away, which makes the location especially useful for medical visits, work travel, or longer stays tied to family plans in town.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the second floor and the outdoor porch. The washer and dryer are located in the basement at the base of the stairs. Guests must use street parking and are not permitted to park in the driveway. The driveway is reserved for guests of the other unit.

The Broadway area gives guests a side of Newport that feels more local while still keeping the city’s best known spots close at hand. Restaurants, bars, and casual favorites are nearby, and downtown Newport, Thames Street, and the waterfront are all easy to reach. It is a good location for guests who want access to the energy of Newport without staying right in the middle of the busiest visitor areas.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.



Other Things to Note:

Guests should be aware this is a second floor apartment that is part of a duplex. Street parking only, the driveway is not available for guest parking.
