It’s like being in a house. A comfortable living room space and a TV with lots of channels (including English), the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, hot shower, only 3 rooms share the bathroom/shower….the other rooms have private bathrooms, comfortable bed, very very clean, great security, nice terrace area, quiet, and very nice host. Easy walking distance to the main square, grocery store, restaurants , etc
A fan in each room would be a nice addition.

Handy location for exploring Xela. The property is quite old and crumbling, but is kept very clean and tidy .

Kitchen very well equipped and clean.
Good choice for the price
Our room (4) was quite dark due to no natural light coming in the window and the dark orange painted walls. This was particularly difficult when the power went out for most of a day! All the other rooms were painted white and looked brighter.

- large bed in adequately sized room
- warmish shower and clean bathroom
- shared kitchen space is handy
- friendly staff
My main gripe, which has pulled the rating down, is the motion-activated light in the corridor. It is so sensitive that it is even activated by someone shifting their position in sleep and thusly keeps everyone awake during the night.
Please remove this or decrease the sensitivity. The hotel would be perfect apart from this for the price.
Please also update the check in instructions as no QR code was present on thr door.
