Limpio y funcional, son dos habitaciones compartiendo baño y cocina.
Está en una ubicación alta de Santa Cruz y para ingresar al apto hay que bajar por unas escaleras algo extrañas.
Términos generales: cumple con precio/oferta, aunque quizás se consigan ofertas similares por el mismo precio.

We lived our stay at Casa Juanita. Juanita is so kind and helpful. She was very apologetic about the loud music from next door but to be honest it didn't bother us. We stayed for 3 nights and only played music 2 times. We had the place to ourselves which was amazing. Would highly recommend Casa Juanita especially if you like an early wake up call haha

Tan bonita la casa, tiene todo que necesitamos. Agua caliente, wifi, una microonda, sin mencionar la terraza con vista increible :)

Comfortable, good location (right next to cecap and a 10q tuktuk from the dock), hot showers, towels and toiletries provided. Nice wee terrace with a view
It isn’t the owners fault but as stated in other reviews the neighbours play exceptionally loud music at 6am every morning so unless you’re an early riser you will probably be woken up by it. It is a shame
