Nice. It worked fine for our one week stay. If in Lake Havasu for a longer period of time, I would want a more updated place to stay.

Great condo in an excellent location. Complex has a nice pool area and is walkable to the beach and tons of restaurants. Host has wonderful, great communication and very accommodating..
