About this apartment rental
Keep it fun and simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condo to what our beautiful Lake Havasu City has to offer. Walk to Rotary Park and into the lake, or laze at our beautiful pool and hot tub. Stroll minutes to London Bridge, movies, and fine dining. Spend the day hiking biking and exploring, or just hang out in our sparkling clean tropical dream one bedroom one bath condo. Amenities include wifi, 2 TV's, and a fully stocked kitchen for our guests. Your fur baby is welcome for an extra fee.
Amenities at Lakeshore Village include a pool, hot tub, one tennis court, barbeques and covered picnic tables in a designated area within the complex. The condo has a living area, small kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, one walk in closet, and a washer and dryer.
Guests will be able to access the condo, pool area, barbeque area, tennis court, and boat rv storage area.

The property was very nice, clean, and the property description was accurate. The property manager was very timely with her responses. The water and cookies found in the refrigerator upon our arrival was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels take us back to Lake Havasu City.

The amenities were great! Everything was clean and well organized. Not the hosts fault but swimming pool and hot tub was down for repairs.
