Brand new flooring, cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, BRAND NEW AC UNIT & more. Extremely clean and sunny 1 bdrm (queen bed) /sleeper sofa/1 bath / fully furnished condo with patio. Smart tv , FREE WIFI. Non smoking, no pets. Brand new concrete roadways in entire complex! Boat rentals, jet skis, paddleboards, kayak and bike rentals nearby.
