The hotel is located not far from the tram stop, which is convenient for those planning to travel by tram. The administrator was polite and helpful. The room had a small fridge and all the basic essentials needed for a short stay of a few nights.

With some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this place could become much more comfortable. Floors and corners could benefit from more thorough cleaning, including areas like bathroom floors, lamps, and lower corners. Some items, such as the bathroom mat and table napkins, are quite worn and might be nicer if replaced. A little renovation in places where the plaster is cracked would refresh the atmosphere. The staircase to the upper floor is very steep and narrow, so it might not suit everyone, especially with luggage — perhaps mentioning this in the description could help guests plan better. While the tram stop is nearby, it mainly connects to Łódź, and reaching the local town of Zgierz or moving around without a car can be challenging.
