Nice T2 in Saint Cyprien-plage 66750, Sea front, sea and mountain view, facing south, (4 people) on the first floor, between beach direct access and all shops, market twice a week in the street of the residence , the port of St Cyprien is 600 meters by walking and cycling path along the beach.
Car parking (free private parking). Apartment completely renovated up to date.
Possibility to leave the bikes outside in the compound of the residence (closed by code).
At the level of the accommodation, it is very bright with large bay windows in the living room. Upon entering you have the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as all the necessary maintenance.
Come the living room with sofa bed, chest of drawers, table and chairs, flat screen TV and large bay window giving access to the balcony with table and chairs.
A separate and well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, gas stove (4 gas burners + oven), etc.
A separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
Throughout the accommodation you have air conditioning, heating and free WIFI access.
Sheets and towels are not provided. There are blankets, pillows and all the necessary maintenance (floor and dishes).

Attention un parking privé est stipulé mais les places ne sont pas attribuées
Le soir c est donc la guère à la place.
Il ne faut donc pas s y fier.
Autre solution : un abonnement de 20€ les 7 jours pour être tranquille et pouvoir se garer n importe ou dans saint cyprien plage.
