At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Ruhig gelegen, jedoch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten besser mit dem Auto anzufahren. Der Strand ist mindestens eine halbe Stunde fußläufig entfernt. Die Hafenstraße ähnelt einer Kraterlandschaft. Die Zufahrt und Parkmöglichkeit am Haus ist sehr eng. Im unteren Bad fehlt es an Ablagen und das Waschbecken sowie der Spiegel sind für Personen ab 1,70 m zu niedrig angebracht. Die Sofas und der Sessel sind bereits stark abgewohnt. Die Betten sind soweit ok, in einem der Schlafzimmer jedoch nur 1,60 m breit. Für 2 Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet.

Den Aufenthslt haben wir genossen, zumal wir Wetterglück hatten. Unterkunft okay, Geschirrausstattung wirklich bestens, alles auch für Selbstversorger vorhanden und in gutem Zustand! Nur den Staubsauger konnte man nicht benutzen. Er ist so laut, dass es ausser einem selbst auch die Nachbarn stört. Dabei hat er keine Saugleistung. Sauberkeit bei Bezug war oberflächlich. Fusseln usw. waren in den Ecken vor allem im Steinbereich, der ja gut zu wischen ist. Die Spinnweben am Treppengeländer und in den Ecken waren mit Sicherheit älter als 1 Tag. Nachdem wir dies beseitigt haben, fühlten wir uns absolut wohl. Einziger "echter Mangel" ist die Parkplatzsituation. Der zu Haus 39i gehörende Parkplatz ist für Fahrzeuge
der heutigen Größe sehr schwer einzuparken wenn rechts und links einer steht. Ansonsten ist das Obkekt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert schon auf Grund der guten Lage, da Wanderwege, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Lokake gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
