The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
Communication should be more empathetic and flexible. Website payment status wasn't updated (Kurkarten) til 4 weeks beforehand our arrival. Therefore we transfered the wrong remaining amount. I found out only by sending an email that there was an outstanding amount. We transferred that last payment just in time and I had to ask for a payment confirmation as the statue on the web still showed as outstanding payment. It was a bit unsettling. I had sent an arrival request for us to arrive around midday. Unfortunately I received a response that the cleaning hours are between 10am-4pm and arrrival is after 4pm. It would have been nice to get a slightly more personal response or message. I understand that the apartment is ready to enter once the safe code get sent out. Maybe a little message saying 'your apartment is ready for you, enjoy' wòuld be nice.

Sehr ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen
• Großzügiger Schnitt und viel Platz in der Wohnung
• Alles war sehr sauber – ein großer Pluspunkt
• Gut ausgestattete Küche (lediglich Topflappen haben gefehlt)
• Schöner, geräumiger Balkon
Keine Mikrowelle vorhanden (defekt, wurde nicht ersetzt, obwohl in der Anzeige angegeben)
• Defektes Fliegengitter, dadurch abends wegen Mücken kein Lüften möglich – keine Lösung trotz Meldung
• Langsames Internet (nur ca. 10 Mbit/s)
• Unaufgeräumter Schuppen, Fahrräder standen im Weg
• Kleiner Parkplatz, zusätzlich durch nicht zurückgeschnittene Pflanzen schwer nutzbar
• Waschmaschine nur per Münzautomat nutzbar (30 Min. = 1 €)

Einrichtungsstil, Größe des Wohnbereichs und die Lage
Matratzenschoner fleckig, mit Haaren und braunen Krümeln. Bei unserer Ankunft um 21 Uhr konnte ich keinen mehr erreichen, um vier austauschen zu lassen. Am nächsten Tag wurden nicht vier, sondern drei mit einem Kopfkissen-Bezug gebracht (?). Diese haben nicht frisch gewaschen, sondern nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken - musste diese erstmal auslüften lassen.
Leider waren auch auf dem Fußboden der Fewo überall Haare (Hundehaare?
) vorhanden.
Wasserkaraffe im schönen Bauernschrank leider kalkig - nicht zu benutzen. Die Spüle und Innenschränke nur im Ansatz im gepflegten Zustand (eher Hostel-Niveau).
Dafür, dass ich beinahe neben der Miete 150 € (!) Endreinigung bezahlt habe, habe ich einfach auch einen anderen Standard erwartet.
