About this apartment rental
Charming apartment located in the centre of Ericeira with 78 m2, 2 bedrooms, magnificent sea view and capacity for 5 people. It has 1 living room with sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 balcony with furniture. The kitchenette is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and a hair dryer. It is located right in the centre of the village and 350m from the beach.
Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Ericeira. It's perfect for 4 people, very clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. The team that took care of the check-in/out was extremely helpful and quick in replying to all our requests. The balcony had a great sea view, the kitchen was well-equipped and it just felt like home. Recommend it!

Very clean and modern. Seaview from the balcony.
Comfortable beds.
There are no electronic power fuse in the bathroom. No possibility to shave or dry hair.
There was a building's it's directly next door. They started working around 7 I clock so that longer sleeping was not possible. In this case that the apartment rent was 530 euro, we weren't glad to wake up that early during our holiday.
