The building the property was in is awful. It is run down, broken glass, dirty on the outside, fallen tiles etc. inside it is a giant dark confusing labyrinth with no exits and very few ways out- none clearly marked. It was depressing, and most important, an unsafe physical plant. There was a stair exit near our apartment but it was locked and we had no key or way to use it if it had been necessary. The apartment itself was fine, but it looked over a busy road and warehouse before the ocean view. I would choose another place if possible. PS. I have never written a review like this before and I am sad to have to
