Estava muito bem equipado e tinha inclusivamente cápsulas para a máquina da roupa, bem como de café. O senhorio também foi bastante prestável.

Está bien ubicado para ir a las playas tanto del centro de Ericeira (Matadouro) como Ribeira (aunque a todas hay que ir en coche). El apartamento está bien y la piscina es un puntazo. Los dos restaurantes cercanos están bien por si te dá pereza cocinar.
El apartamento podría está mejor equipado. Algunos de los electrodomésticos están bastante machacados.

Amabilita e disponibilità del proprietario. Vista sull oceano, luminosità e posizione.
Bagno vecchio e sporco, muffa sui muri di bagno e camera da letto. Cucina sporca, una sola pentola vecchia e non utilizzabile, cucina non servita. Il pavimento dell appartamento era completamente bagnato quando siamo arrivati, e ci hanno detto che lo avevano appena lavato perché nell appartamento c'era odore cattivo per essere stato chiuso tanto tempo. Siamo arrivati di sera e ci sarebbe stato tutto il giorno per aprire ventilare e pulire.
