Dane na temat apartamentów od frontu budynku nieco nieaktualne. W apartamencie e brak kuchenki gazowej jaka jest na fotce, zastąpiona elektrykiem, który dość długo się nagrzewa. Po przeciwnej stronie ulicy w odległości w porywach 7 metrów otworzono restaurację z dobrą pizzą za dobre pieniądze, ale....od godziny 9 do 24 niesie się z niej muzyka co może przeszkadzać jeżeli ktoś chciałby iść spać wcześniej. Kafejka internetowa 100 m w górę w stronę "centrum". Uwaga w Podacy są tylko dwa sklepy jeden w "centrum" Studenak drugi sporo dalej w kierunku Bristu ( na południe). Z ciekawych rzeczy: ruiny Starej Podacy - ok. 40 minut spaceru pod górę oraz nadmorski deptak do Gradacza - ok. 4 - 5 km z pięknymi widokami.
Na plaży północnej brak toalet......nie wiem jak z tym na południowej.
Miasteczko raczej dla ludzi stroniących od hucznych zabaw - czasem coś dzieje się na plaży, ale więcej rozrywki jest w Gradaczu.
Gdyby nie ta restauracja za oknem......
