The brand new villa is located between Split and Dubrovnik. The perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. An oasis of calm!
One of the modern apartments on the beach promenade was awarded 4 stars. The beach is only 30 m from the house. All apartments have terraces with sea views, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and garages for 3 cars.
The apartment is on the 2nd First floor and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with sofa bed kitchen, terrace with sea view, a total of 2 beds - max. 4 beds.

The whole apartment is modern and has everything you need for your vacation to feel comfortable.

Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand und daher sehr ruhig (außer der Hauptstraße, aber da gewöhnt man sich dran), was für uns optimal war. Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Auch der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Super schönes und modernes Haus. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt und sehr modern und gepflegt eingerichtet. Technisch ist alles top. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet worden. Alles war sehr locker. Das Haus ist ganz am Ende einer langen Promenade bzw. kleinen Straße am Meer entlang und liegt prinzipiell sehr ruhig. Morgens kann man ein bisschen die Küstenstraße hören, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist, da die Fenster super isoliert sind und keinen Schall durchlassen. Ins Dorf Zaostrog sind es 15-20 Min. zu Fuß entlang der Promenade. Wir sind den Weg jeden Abend gegangen und haben die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Restaurants findet man direkt am nahen Campingplatz (3 Min.) oder in bzw. auf dem Weg nach Zaostrog. Man sitzt immer direkt am Meer. Den schönen Grill am Haus haben wir leider nicht benutzt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den kleinen Supermärkten in Zaostrog, Podaca oder den umliegenden Ortschaften sind etwas eingeschränkt (wenig frisches Fleisch oder Gemüse). Wenn man selbst Kochen oder Grillen möchte empfehlen wir die Supermärkte in Makarska oder Ploce zu benutzen, die jedoch etwas weiter entfernt sind. Entlang der Promenade oder auch direkt am Haus findet man schöne Kiesstrände mit herrlichem klaren Wasser. Wir empfehlen eine weiche Unterlage und einen Sonnenschirm mitzunehmen, da es nur wenige Liegen zu leihen gibt. Wenn dieses Strandzubehör (für Flugreisende) noch zur Verfügung gestellt würde, wäre das noch das I-Tüpfelchen… Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ! P.S.: kleiner Restaurant-Tip: "Bracera" in Zaostrog (ganz am anderen Ende der Promenade). Super Service, leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente

Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, zu dritt mit Kind jedoch etwas zu klein. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf das Meer ist super. An den Strand sind es auch nur wenige Meter. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen wieder.
