Relatively close to nice beaches, clean hallways, owners are nice, AC is ice cold

Sewer smell from the syphon in the bathroom that we had to mitigate by pouring water in it every morning. Check out at 10, check in at 14, means they will have the parking spot empty for those 4 hours, yet they made us leave the parking and search for other parking as we wanted to use our last day on the beaches as well.

Very satisfied, great balance between price and what you get for your money. The beach is very near, grocery store also. Marko, our host, was very nice, understandable and helpful. Podaca is very good for families, it's not too busy.

The quality of the bed was not the best, but everything else was pretty nice.

A very cute city with beautiful beaches and a nice sea view from the apartment. The bed for us was comfortable, basic kitchen equipment and AC provided.

It was very much just ok. We spent most of the time outside of the apartment, at our family's place, that's what helped. The bed was comfortable but other elements were less ok. The AC was very loud, we needed to switch it off at night to fall asleep. The same situation with the fridge that's placed directly under the bed. The apartment building is close to the street that was surprisingly quite busy even at night. The balcony has no cover on the top floor (although that's visible on the pics), and if someone wanted to use it during the day it would be barely possible due to the direct sunlight and heat. Every day when we came back the apartment was really smelly. We could not match the smell to anything but it was really bad with turned on AC and closed balcony (maybe air conditioning fault). The boiler in the bathroom did not work at night. We needed to shower twice in cold water as we needed to be out of the apartment early during the day, when it was still not on. Lastly, on the arrival day we were calling and then circulating 1h around the apartment as no one was picking up the phone to let us in and give us the apartment keys. Only after localising the phone ringtone we could find anyone. Otherwise we may have as well waited even longer. No one called us back later or in the following days after multiple calls.
