It is actually a nice flat but they forgot to clean it and provide beddings. We agreed on a reimbursement but never got it, communication at some point just stopped.

Superb

Stayed to follow a few stages of the Tour de France. Key pickup from box on ground floor of building with a code. Apartment on first floor. Good size, open plan kitchen-diner-lounge, large double bedroom, bathroom no issues. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking etc. Two ring induction hob with small sink - good for small meals for 2-3 people. Air conditioning unit in lounge worked well (cooled bedroom reasonably well if doors left open). No issues with noise (I use ear plugs as standard). Parking out the front no issues (beware steep ramp to enter property).

No real issues. Lock/key for apartment door a bit sticky/required some patience, but worked fine.

The place itself is like a small flat suitable for a couple to stay for few nights. There is everything you need - a bed, small kitchen and bathroom. There is a Netflix and good WiFi connection. The flat was clean and comfortable. It’s surely recommendable!

Appartement assez spacieux et calme dans une grande maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, salon cosy.

Une petite serviette de plus et des rideaux dans la salle de bain/WC serait appréciables

Belle et spacieuse chambre, joliment décorée et literie confortable. À quelques minutes du centre bourg d’Aubiere. Accès autonome avec code. Stationnement sur place ou à proximité.

Pas grave mais cependant bruits d’eau quand les voyageurs de la chambre d’à côté prennent leur douche et pas de volets (rideaux tissu)

Parking privé gratuit au pied de la résidence. Equipement électro ménager complet. Réception agréable.

les couverts : 2 fourchettes, 2 cuillères, 1 couteau alors que l'appartement est prévu pour 4 personnes. Pas d'essui main et pas de petites serviettes de toilette.

Joignable très facilement, très sympathique et à l'écoute même si c'était pour une nuit nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir, facile d'accès niveau autoroutiers, autour des magasins et très calme. Tout était parfait, encore un grand merci de nous avoir accueilli 😊 à bientôt

Appartement nickel, nous étions au 4. Super bien pensé ! Joliment décoré. Parking pour les voitures Propriétaire qui répond rapidement lorsqu'on veut le joindre. Situé dans un quartier calme.

Petit bémol, climatisation qui fait un bruit d’interphone toutes les minutes, affreux ! Si vous n’en avez pas besoin pas de soucis, sinon critère à prendre en compte avant de louer. Wc dans la salle de bain

Bel appartement, bien équipé et confortable

L'appartement est spacieux, propre. La décoration est sobre et moderne. La chambre est très spacieuse. La cuisine est bien équipée pour être autonome. La grande TV est appréciable. L'hôte a été réactif pour répondre à mes demandes.

Des voiles sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain (et potentiellement dans le séjour) serait appréciables. Le canapé lit du séjour est moelleux, mais le système de pliage et les ressorts grincent dès que l'on bouge, ce qui peut être désagréable si l'on a le sommeil agité.

L'hébergement est très bien agencé et bien équipé. Seul bémol on entend un peu le bruit des communs mais l'environnement est respectueux. Une partie est en travaux, à voir fini. Très bien situé notamment pour aller se promener au marché d'Aubière le dimanche matin. Je reviendrais

moyennant un supplément de prix (voire une option) prévoir un panier dîner ou petit déjeuner ou les deux pour les réservations. A mon sens ça permet de manger sans stress en arrivant surtout avec des enfants. A proposer le cas échéant.

Ça passe bien dans l'ensemble

Appartement propre, bien décoré avec goût, fonctionnel, la belle vue, très pratique avec la place de parking juste dans la cour, en bas de bâtiment.

un détail qu'on a eu froid en arrivant, les chauffages n'ont pas allumé, qu'on est toujours dans la période d'hiver et surtout on a eu la neige! Apres bien essayé, nous avons réussi d'allumer un chauffage sur deux dans salon, un dans la chambre avec lit double, mais pas possible d'allumé celui dans la petite chambre, où il y a le lit superposé! J'ai eu froid la premiere nuit!

La deco, équipements de la cuisine et la literie étaient pas mal. Le reste, à désirer

Des hôtes qui ne cherchent pas le contact, ni avant ni pendant le séjour. C’est très spécial. Quand nous sommes arrivés vers minuit, l’appartement était glacé, tous les radiateurs éteints en plein hiver, pour un comité d’accueil on a vu mieux. L’appartement et surtout la chambre sentaient le tabac froid, nos vêtements s’en sont imprégnés pour tout notre séjour à suivre, quelle horreur! Pas de papier toilette, c’est embêtant surtout en arrivant à cette heure là! L’escalier d’accès au 2e étage est très étroit et un peu dangereux avec les bagages, j’arrivais avec une attelle ça a été compliqué. Il serait bien de le signaler avant. Au final, prestation chère pour le rapport qualité/prix.

Minuscule: chambre en soupente, tête de lit contre un rampant et donc absolument inconfortable pour regarder la télé ou lire dans le lit. Totalement déconseillé pour un couple. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Immeuble bruyant (on entend le réveil du voisin, celui du dessous ouvrir ou ferme sa porte d'entrée, ...)
