About this apartment rental
Come to North Myrtle Beach and stay at Waterpointe I! This fabulous resort offers secure entry with seating, indoor pool and hot tub, grilling area, outside eating area, a large sunning deck, outdoor pool all while listening to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for families or a girls getaway!
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, private full bath with a new stand up tiled shower and sliding glass doors which allows the guest access to the oceanfront balcony, and a Flat Screen TV for late night viewing. The balcony is also accessible from the living room.
Bedroom #1- King bed- flat screen tv
Bedroom #2- Queen Size bed- flat screen TV
Bedroom #3 is very small with a twin size bunk bed, flat screen TV and a twin trundle.
This property has everything to make you feel at home:
A fully stocked kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware.
A spacious living room with large flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and large ocean front balcony.
Three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms
Dining Room with seating for four and a breakfast bar with seating for two.
A wet bar and a washer/dryer.
Waterpointe I is centrally located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, a plethora of restaurants (including the Famous Hamburger Joes and Cracker Barrel), and a variety of entertainment venues (House of Blues, Alabama theater, Alligator Adventure, Pirates Voyage). So, grab your beach chairs, and come stay at Waterpointe I.
Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Maximum of two vehicles.
Guests must register their vehicles in the book located by the elevators (just fill out the vehicle infomation)
Golf carts are not permitted on the property
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The Fireplace is cosmetic.
Not pet friendly.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and cozy and in a perfect location. The pools were very clean and perfect for a break from the ocean. Would definstay here again. We loved the condo and where it was located, it was perfect!!!!!

Over all a fairly good stay. In the master bathroom the Only light that worked was in the shower. The overhead/mirror lights didn’t have bulbs in them. And when we found a bulb in the closet it didn’t even work. The bedroom door to master also stuck a bit. So this was a big reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The kitchen was nice and clean minus a pan that still had food stuck on it. Bedrooms were good. Second bedroom was good minus the dirt under the bed. Same with bunk room… under the trundle was very dirty. But I’m sure that is just a place that gets looked over a lot because a lot of people probably done use it. View was amazing and living room was nice. The older gentleman and the property every morning at 6:30 outside with his leaf blower was keeping the property up nicely! This didn’t bother us as we were up at that time outside enjoying the view. Pool was cleaned daily outside! Elevators were never messy and cleaned daily! Parking can be a bit tight depending on your vehicle but over all not bad. We enjoyed this property and the price was on point for what we were looking for. Thanks for letting our family enjoy for the week!

Property needs some general maintenance. Towel bars fall off easily and some updating needs to be done. Cleaning wasn’t done when we arrived and issues with soiled mattress covers. I am hoping they start washing all bedding prior to each rental period as using same mattress pad and blanket is unsanitary. Wish they also had a number we could text to get help with rental company instead of having to leave a voice message or email.
