About this apartment rental
Three bedrooms with King Beds in the master and a guest room. The entire unit sleeps 6. The third room has two twin beds. Each room has a private bathroom. Master contains a Jacuzzi tub. Each bath has been completely renovated along with the kitchen with Corian countertops. Maytag washer and dryer located in the unit for convenience. Master bedroom and living area look at the ocean through large sliding windows. Magnificent 180 degree view of the ocean from the porch. Storage unit contains beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, bocci ball and boogie boards. All you need is a swim suit and sun screen.

We have stayed in this complex probably for the past 10 years. One of the nicer units we have stayed in. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the great ocean breeze. Outdoor furniture c/b updated, but no big deal. Comfortable beds. Loved the couch. They supply you with everything you need for the beach.
Was surprised we had to put the bed linens on our stripped beds though. Not a deal breaker, but surprised.
Would still comeback as location & parking were great.

We have been in this complex (Crescent Sands) before and this unit was superior. Clean with everything that you will need. Nice beds and linens to towels to cooking supplies to storage to things working...excellent. We were allowed to use items in the beach storage room. That helps a lot. You don't need to pack beach chairs or umbrellas...that was great. Never underestimate the spacious balcony. The 3rd floor is ideal. The owner is responsive. You'd be hard pressed to beat this place. We had a great time and we would love to stay in this unit again.
