The seventh-floor unit has a tiled living room with access to a private beachfront balcony, four flatscreen tvs, a washer and dryer, soaker tub in the master bathroom and amazing views from almost every angle! The living room features a coral-colored sleeper sofa with additional coordinated chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an island that overlooks the dining area for six. The master bedroom is tiled with a king-sized bed and another sliding door to the balcony. Theres also a double bed and two twins in the unit. The Summit has been a staple of luxury and family favorite resort in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach for decades. The highly sought after Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach offers guests not only an incredible beach front, but is also minutes from the renowned shopping and dining of famous Barefoot Landing. Positives and Negatives
Positive: 3 bedroom,washer and dryer, good balcony with ocean views, almost 3 full baths
Negatives: owned by a big company who are slow to respond to so many people. We were given the wrong keys and had to wait to get in our room for 30 mins while someone brought new keys. One TV didn’t work and didn’t get fixed for 4 days. The ice maker didn’t work all week. The master bath doesn't have a shower.
So although it was a good size I’d rather deal with a single owner and not a big company.
