Apartamento Las Tejas Mogán

The location was wonderful. It was away from the resorts and the large veranda had great Mountain View’s. It was near enough to visit the lively Puerto de Mogan and only a short walking distance to the restaurant up the road. There are some lovely walks right on the doorstep.

The immediate neighbours could be quite noisy at times as their child cries a lot.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, il faut évidemment une voiture pour visiter l'île (ce que nous avons fait) 😉, il y a un commerce (Spar) à proximité pour les petits déjeuner gourmands - Des restaurants top et pas chers - A notre arrivée, nous sommes allés prendre un verre et manger un très bon hamburger chez IKO (?) au club Tahona à 4 (35€ !!!!) - l'appartement est très très grand, idéal pour 4 pers. La terrasse est immense avec une magnifique vue sur la colline, super grande véranda pour prendre les repas, très propre, l'hôte est exceptionnelle (Rosa), répond immédiatement à toutes les questions et propose diverses balades, restos, lieux à visiter. Puerto de Mogan (magnifique) est à 6km - Et emplacement idéal pour les randonnées plus.....hard 😂😂 - Et ....machine à lessiver !! super pour des voyageurs comme nous en voyage avec Ryanair et trolleys, pour une semaine !!

Il n'y a pas vraiment de points négatifs, peut-être réparer un tiroir et une prise de la cuisine - Autrement, vraiment vraiment, tout est parfait !! 💚💚

The apartment is roomy and newly furnished. Bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and a sheltered outside dining area are all substantial. The balcony is sizeable with lovely views over Mogan and the surrounding mountains. Mogan makes an excellent base: it's a genuinely Spanish town away (but not too far away) from the over-developed coast and giving access to places like Tejeda and Ayacata in the mountains. There are plenty of friendly and interesting places to eat in Mogan.

Arrangements for finding the apartment were, frankly, weird. Having found the key (at a location 500 yards away) I struggled to find the apartment. I was sent pictures rather than instructions. Had I been able to enlarge these pictures sufficiently I might have been able to find the door entry number and the apartment number, but as it was I had to phone to find out where it was. The name Las Tejas does not appear on the building, apartment or anywhere else, and we were given no numbers. The impression was that this person was new to the letting process. The apartment had bare walls with just one mirror in the bathroom and none elsewhere. There was no booklet of instructions. I had to Whatsapp twice to find the wifi code. We never got the washing machine to work - again, no instructions. There were no instructions regarding rubbish. There were no helpful phone numbers (doctor, pharmacy etc).
