About this cottage rental
Rural house with two bedrooms (one of them on a mezzanine) and belonging to a private estate with 4 houses with capacity for up to 16 people, which can be rented together or separately.
Internet with fibre optics, deal for leisure and/or teleworking.
Kitchen and bathroom equipped with all the comforts. Three private swimming pools, surrounded by nature and in an idyllic and very quiet environment, with direct access to the route of the Canary Islands Network of Trails.
Free private parking, laundry, large common areas, terraces.
The house is surrounded by rural land and fruit trees (mangoes, papayas, bananas, avocados, potatoes...) and is part of a complex of 4 individual homes, each with its private rooms and its terraces and barbecue area. These can be rented together or separately. Certain common areas are shared such as some terraces or tubular pools.
Among many other things, we have air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, fiber optic internet (it works very well if you want to telework), smart tv, etc. The rooms all have very large storage and the house is recently renovated, with all kinds of comforts and services.

We stayed in property 2 for a week and it was just perfect. Elba and her family were really easy to communicate and connect with, the place was spotless with all the extras we needed like kettle, iron, charging ports ….. the grounds are also beautiful with lots of fruits growing and access to a walking route right from the back of the property. The pool is also great with dedicated at areas for each property (although we had to ourselves all week!). Easy access to into Mogan and Peurto Mogan - we had a car but there is a bus stop right outside for this. You can hear the road traffic but others idyllic.

Friendly welcome, beautiful authentic house with modern kitchen and bathroom. Two lovely terraces with tables, bar, seats and sun beds.
Lovely pool with cosy garden with fruit trees. Fresh fruit from the garden. Good and quick communication with Elba by app.
Close to Mogán, the beach, shops and supermarket.
The road in front of the house gives noise.

We stayed in this property at Christmas 2022, it is ideal for a couple or small family and perfectly located between Puerto Mogan and Mogan village. The property itself is very well and newly equipped with new appliances, a smart tv and excellent internet. While the interior dining/living space is small, the outdoor space is plentiful with two separate eating and lounging areas and a pool just below the balcony area. Having a car is helpful although not absolutely necessary with the number 84 bus stopping right outside the property. Elba is a great host and responded very quickly to a small internet problem at the start of our stay. The views of the mountains are breathtaking at sunset and will not be forgotten
